In order to close a campaign you need to have no influencers in the invited or active buckets.
You will need to revoke all outstanding invitations and close out any collaborations in the active section of the campaign. If there are offers waiting for your acceptance you're able to decline them.
Once that's done, you will be able to see option to close the campaign.
